The Thang: It was so great to be back to Qing! Today was a band and weights workout focusing on exercises that use bands or weights or both. We completed a total of 10 exercises, 1 minute on, 20 second rest, for 2 rounds. Five of the exercises were bands (weights optional) and then the last 5 were weight only. The exercises were:

  • side-to-sides with band and weight
  • narrow squats with a calf raise (band)
  • glute bridges (band)
  • side leg lifts, right side
  • side leg lifts, left side
  • tricep Vs (weights only)
  • bent over rows
  • hammer curls
  • alternating lunges holding weights
  • shoulder press
