The Thang: It was so great to be back to Qing! Today was a band and weights workout focusing on exercises that use bands or weights or both. We completed a total of 10 exercises, 1 minute on, 20 second rest, for 2 rounds. Five of the exercises were bands (weights optional) and then the last 5 were weight only. The exercises were:
- side-to-sides with band and weight
- narrow squats with a calf raise (band)
- glute bridges (band)
- side leg lifts, right side
- side leg lifts, left side
- tricep Vs (weights only)
- bent over rows
- hammer curls
- alternating lunges holding weights
- shoulder press
