The Thang: It was 6 am on a Wednesday morning with 30 degree weather so I decided that all we needed was very little equipment and to keep moving. So with just a mat, we completed 30 reps of each exercise and then ended with various plank holds. The exercises were:

  • 30 LBCs
  • 30 high knees
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 30 squats
  • 30 push-ups
  • 30 mountain climbers
  • 30 step ups
  • 30 big girl sit-ups
  • 30 alternating fire hydrants
  • 30 forward lunges
  • 30 curtsy lunges
  • 30 tricep dips
  • 30 bicycle crunches
  • 30-second plank
  • 15-second side plank
  • 15-second other side plank
  • 30-second plank
We completed 2 rounds of these exercises and then walked a lap around the church. Thank you for joining me ladies!
