All We Need Is Love!!!

This morning was cold and breezy for sure!! But 6 Pax showed up and definitely showed out!! Here’s the skinny: 4 Minute fast walk or run to Heritage and back, 25 Goal post press, 5 laps around and over the stage, 25 walking lunges, fast walk or run back to Heritage, 25 overhead triceps extensions, 5 laps around and over the stage, 25 squats, 4 minute fast walk or run to Heritage, 1 minute second plank, 5 laps around and over the stage, 25 step ups (on the wall), 4 minute fast walk or run to Heritage, 25 windshield wipers, 5 laps around and over the stage, 50 flutter kicks on the wall and the last 4 minute fast walk or run to Heritage. What a great morning full of chit chat, catching up with each other and getting in a good work out. We cooled down, and had our COT. Thanks Capt. Camo for ending our workout with a prayer.
