Q-Warrior     PAX-Pemdas, Double Shot 

The Thang:  An ab or leg exercise is attached to a number on the “phone face”.  Each person uses their phone number and everyone does the exercise associated with those numbers.

Warmup-1 lap

    Raggedy Ann’s-40
