Warm up lap


The thang


15 reps each 

  • Lat pull down ( hold band overhead, pull it down to shoulder height.)
  • Face pull ( band out front. Pull toward face, hands go wide)
  • Single lat pull down (arms extended overhead. One arm pulls toward shoulder) Repeat other side. 
  • Low row (on mat legs extended. Loop band around feet, pull back)
  • Single arm bent row. Switch
  • Bent fly

 Lap. Rinse and repeat.
