Warmup-short lap, arm circles 

5 exercises, 12 reps, no rest in between.  30 second rest and repeat 3X

    door knobs, bicep curls, lateral raises, tricep extension, wrist curls 

Take a short lap and repeat 

Take full lap

Armageddon “All I do is Win”

Cooldown with gentle arm movements
