Warmup-arm circles, high knee taps, leg swings, ankle flexes

Each exercise for one minute, no rest

    squat pulses, calf raises, inner thigh raises (right and left), wall sit

One minute rest

    LBCs and V hold

One minute rest 

Repeat 3 rounds 

Short lap

Cooldown with stretches
