Warmup-short lap, leg swings, ankle rotation 

10 exercises (with bands), 10 reps each (no breaks).  30 second rest and repeat 

    chair squats 

    calf raises 

    sumo squat with side steps 

    fire hydrants (l/r)

    90 degree legs in the air and spread 

    Glute bridges with spread at top

    inner thigh or straight leg lifts (l/r)

    lying with 10” leg lift and spread

Short lap and repeat 

Cooldown-full lap, downward dog into pigeon pose (each side), sit cross legged and stretch forward in small increments
