The Woodshed 

Q-Warrior    PAX-Captain Camo, Green Thumb, Queen Bee

Warmup with arm circles (forward and backward), arm swings, pulled arm stretches 

1 minute each exercise with no rest-bicep curls, bent row,  overhead press, hammer curl into a bending lat raise, and overhead triceps 

Reach tall and bend several times 

Repeat arm set

Ended with reach and bend, downward dog, cat/cow, child’s pose, side and neck twist (both sides), lying bent knee twist (both sides), chest tuck, prayer hands (front and back) and seated breathing.
