45 second step outs warm up

45 seconds on/20 second rest/repeat each round

Round 1: sumo squat dead lift, sumo half reps without weight

Round 2: Banded hip thrust, hold

Round 3: hip thrust pulses, hip thrusts

Round 4: static lunge, step back lunge with a hand tap (switch sides on the repeat)

Round 5: Single dumbbell rear step lunge, bodyweight lunge (switch sides on the repeat)

Round 6: banded hip thrust, hold

Round 7: single leg hip thrust pulses, single leg full range thrusts

Cool down and stretch
