1st round-squats and calf raises 

2nd round-fire hydrants and donkey kicks 

3rd round-side steps and backwards kicks 

4th round-glute bridges and inner thigh lifts 

Short lap 

Repeat each exercise for final round 

2 minute HIIT——20 seconds on, 10 seconds off PAX choice
