Keep Moving

Wednesday, November 29, 2023 The Breakfast Club AO: The Woodshed Q: The Force PAX: Dough Girl, Green Thumb, Captain Camo, Tippy Toes, Warrior, Little Mitten 2.0: Cocoa Puff The Thang: Today was all about keeping ourselves moving as it was 26 degrees outside! It was definitely a 2 pants kind of morning! We started walking 2 laps around the parking lot and then we 17 exercises, 30 reps of each. The last 3 exercises were holding various planks. The exercises were: crunches (LBCs) high knees jumping jacks squats push-ups mountain climbers step-ups calf raises/big girl sit-ups butt kicks forward lunges side leg lifts tricep dips bicycle crunches 30-second plank 15-second side plank 15-second other side plank 30-second plank We completed 2 rounds of the above while walking 2 laps around the parking lot in between. COT, picture, and prayer rounded us out. Thanks ladies!
