Warm up- simple movement in place

5 arm exercises X 15 each using a rope

    rows, paddle, pull ups, press, waist rotation 

5 ab exercises X 15 each using a wiffle ball either between your feet or knees

    leg raises, LBCs, right side crunches, left side crunches, V-up hold

3 rounds with short laps in between rounds

Armageddon 

Cooldown with stretches
