The Thang: We beat the rain this morning and were able to get in 3 miles of fast walking. We opted to do our ab work on our own so that we could get that extra mile in. We enjoyed our conversation while getting in those miles! Just as we pulled out of the parking lot a huge rainstorm came! God is good!
