Sitting on our mat - 20 reps of each exercise
Holding a towel with arms extended out front and pulling the towel towards you and repeat
LBCs
Holding towel with arms out in front and “scooping” from side to side
BGS
Holding towel at your chest and extending up over your head and back down behind your head and repeat
Ankle biters
Holding towel out in front of you and twisting at the waist from left to right
Stand and hold towel above your head and side bend to the left and and then to the right
