Q-Warrior   PAX-Pemdas, Queen Bee, Cougar, Green Thumb 

Warmup with sidesteps, arm circles, ankle rotations and hip abduction 

One round of Tabata (40 seconds work/20 seconds rest) and one round of micro stretches (4 minutes)

1st round - squats and fire hydrants    -    finger grip fist pumps, gorilla pose, inverted wrist stretch

2nd round- side steps and standing side leg extension    -    table top then spread toes wide and sit back on heals (hold and then tap it out), tuck feet top side down and sit back on heals , downward dog and pedal 

3rd round- glute bridges and donkey kicks    -    garland pose, 90/90s, frog pose

End with neck stretches
