The Woodshed  Q-Warrior  PAX-Pemdas, Little Mitten 

Four corner laps.

We technically didn’t do an exercise at each corner (sometimes you just need to keep walking and talking).

We walked 2.2 miles each with intermittent arm exercises….bicep curls, doorknobs, skull crushers, triceps kickbacks, lateral raises and hammer curls
