AO: The Woodshed

Q: The Force

PAX: Warrior, PEMDAS, Green Thumb

The Thang: We completed 2 rounds of 10 exercises each round. Each exercise was for 1 full minute with a 30 second rest in between. Five of the exercises were with bands while the other 5 were with weights. The 10 exercises were:

  • side-to-side squats with weights and bands
  • narrow squats with weights and bands into calf raises
  • glute bridges with bands
  • side leg lifts with bands, right
  • side leg lifts with bands, left
  • step ups with weights
  • Bent over rows 
  • Hammer curls 
  • Alternating walking lunges with weights
  • Shoulder press 

We ended our rounds with 4 laps around The Woodshed, which is equivalent to 1 mile. Great job ladies!!!
