The Thang: We completed 2 rounds of 10 exercises each round. Each exercise was for 1 full minute with a 30 second rest in between. Five of the exercises were with bands while the other 5 were with weights. The 10 exercises were:
- side-to-side squats with weights and bands
- narrow squats with weights and bands into calf raises
- glute bridges with bands
- side leg lifts with bands, right
- side leg lifts with bands, left
- step ups with weights
- Bent over rows
- Hammer curls
- Alternating walking lunges with weights
- Shoulder press
We ended our rounds with 4 laps around The Woodshed, which is equivalent to 1 mile. Great job ladies!!!
