Warm up with arm circles, leg swings, hip rotations and running in place 

Olympic challenge:  Cup Flip

       We started with 40 solo cups - 20 up and 20 down

       1 and 2 minute intervals 

      Round 1 - downs won,  Round 2 - downs won,  Round 3 - downs won

Olympic challenge:  Million Dollar Woman

Delay exercise- 3 hammer curls

Round 1-30 reps

Round 2-20 reps

1st exercise-LBCs

2nd exercise-firer hydrants 

3rd exercise-skull crushers

4th exercise-row the boats

5th exercise-inner thigh lifts

6th exercise-fly press

Cooldown with a walk around the parking lot and individual stretching
