PAX: Green Thumb and Captain Camo

The Thang: We completed a countdown workout where the 1st set had 5 exercises for 1 minute each and then the 2nd set had 4 exercises for 1 minute each and so on. The first set consisted of:

  • tricep kickbacks or extensions
  • bicep curls
  • holding the weight over head with one arm, switch halfway
  • tricep dips
  • push-ups
4-minute exercises:
  • lower leg lifts
  • ankle biters
  • LBC's
  • Russian twists
3-minute exercises:
  • donkey kicks
  • fire hydrants
  • glute bridge
2-minute exercises:
  • jumping jacks
  • squats
1-minute exercise:
  • plank
We had a 1-minute rest period in between sets and walked 2 laps in between rounds. Great job ladies!
