Warm up stretches

Lap around parking lot

5 exercises- 1 minute each, 5 rounds

- jumping jacks

- sumo squat with upright rows

- rows into lateral extensions

- glute bridges with weights

- Flutter kicks

2 minute rest between rounds

Cool down
