The Thang: Today was all about knocking out as many reps as possible; 1,000 to be exact! I had a board with 10 total exercises. We repeated each exercise 25 times for 4 rounds. 10x25x4=1,000! The exercises were:

  • jumping jacks
  • squats
  • narwhals (left)
  • narwhals (right)
  • mountain climbers
  • LBCs
  • tricep dips
  • butt kicks
  • raggedy Anns
  • push-ups
In between the rounds, we stretched with a couple of yoga poses and then walked a short lap to the bridge. The weather was cold, but the ladies were on fire with their reps! Great job!
