Rise-n-Shine

AO: The Battleground

Q: The Force

PAX: Cougar, Captain Camo, Little Mitten, Warrior

The Thang: Today was a cold, blustery day but we went out and completed 4 rounds of stations. Each station was for 45 seconds of work and 15 second rest with walking laps in between. The first 2 rounds of stations consisted of the same exercises and then we switched them for the last 2 rounds. The first 2 rounds of exercises were:

  • jumping jacks
  • alternating donkey kicks (with band)
  • Russian twists
  • side steps with squats and weights (with band)
  • bicep curls
  • plank
  • modified squat clean
  • squats
The last 2 rounds of exercises were:
  • lateral raises
  • no surrenders
  • overhead press
  • butt kicks
  • alternating fire hydrants
  • narrow squat into calf raise (with band and weight)
  • LBCs
In between each round, we walked a lap around the park. Our mats were flying everywhere, the sheets with the station's exercises were flying everywhere...it was a crazy morning. As usual, though, the ladies made it a wonderful one. Thank you!
