The Thang: Today was all about keeping ourselves moving as it was 26 degrees outside! It was definitely a 2 pants kind of morning! We started walking 2 laps around the parking lot and then we 17 exercises, 30 reps of each. The last 3 exercises were holding various planks. The exercises were:

  • crunches (LBCs)
  • high knees
  • jumping jacks
  • squats 
  • push-ups
  • mountain climbers
  • step-ups
  • calf raises/big girl sit-ups
  • butt kicks
  • forward lunges
  • side leg lifts
  • tricep dips
  • bicycle crunches
  • 30-second plank
  • 15-second side plank
  • 15-second other side plank
  • 30-second plank
We completed 2 rounds of the above while walking 2 laps around the parking lot in between. COT, picture, and prayer rounded us out. Thanks ladies!
