Q-Warrior PAX-Green Thumb, The Force, Little Mitten
Tabata style with runs in between
Warmup- hip rotations, arm circles, butt kickers, leg swings
Round 1 - bicep curls and skull crushers
Run
Round 2 - inner thigh leg lifts alternating sides
Run
Round 3 - lateral raises and door knobs
Run
Round 4 - clam shells and flutter kicks
Run
Round 5 - prayer arm pulses and “air” pull ups
Run
Cool down with a few stretches and short lap around the parking lot
