The Breakfast Club
AO: The Woodshed
Q: The Force
PAX: Clockwork, Warrior, Green Thumb
The Thang: We started out with some stretches and then moved into a full body workout. The workout consisted of 4 exercises, 45 seconds work, 15 second rest. We completed 4 sets of each. The sets worked arms, cardio, abs, and glutes/legs. The Arm set had:
- bicep curls
- overhead press
- push-ups
- tricep kickbacks
- jumping jacks
- butt kicks
- high knees
- jump ropes
The Abs set had:
- sit-ups
- flutter kicks
- plank
- raggedy Anns
The glutes/legs set had:
- alternating lunges
- squats
- alternating fire hydrants
- alternating donkey kicks
We completed 2 rounds of all 4 sets with a walking lap in between. We used weights for the Arm set and bands throughout the glutes/legs set. All in all, it was a sweaty start to our Monday. Thank you for joining me ladies!
