The Thang:
G-glutes P-yoga Poses S-stretches
Glutes - 1 minute each exercise……banded side leg lifts
glute bridges with spreader
lying legs up spreaders
banded fire hydrants
Poses - 1 minute-10 sec pause-1 minute
boat pose, garland pose, goddess pose, bird dog (each side), tree pose and pigeon pose
Stretch- 2 minutes each
butterfly, figure 4, seated bend, frog, spine twist and corpse
