Wall Pilates


Warm up lap around the church


Pilates Legs and Glutes


  • 15 glute bridges 
  • 20 clamshells on wall
  • 25 toe flexes
  • 20 standing hillbillies right
  • 20 standing hillbillies left
  • 20 leg lifts right
  • 20 leg lifts left
  • 20 kickbacks right
  • 20 kickbacks left
  • 1 minute wall sit (right leg lifted 30 sec, repeat with left


Pilates arms (2 rounds)

  • 20 wall push ups
  • 10 single arm push off (use arm farthest from wall)


Pilates Abs (15 reps/3 rounds)

  • Legs flat against wall, point toe, bring straight leg back
  • Feet flat on wall and a foot apart crunch up and try to touch wall
  • Windshield wipers


Yoga flow


Reach up (x3)

Warrior 1 

Warrior 2 

Reach up

Forearm to thigh

Runners lunge 

Repeat

Yogi squat

Sit

Corpse pose

Supine stretch
