- 15 glute bridges
- 20 clamshells on wall
- 25 toe flexes
- 20 standing hillbillies right
- 20 standing hillbillies left
- 20 leg lifts right
- 20 leg lifts left
- 20 kickbacks right
- 20 kickbacks left
- 1 minute wall sit (right leg lifted 30 sec, repeat with left
Pilates arms (2 rounds)
- 20 wall push ups
- 10 single arm push off (use arm farthest from wall)
Pilates Abs (15 reps/3 rounds)
- Legs flat against wall, point toe, bring straight leg back
- Feet flat on wall and a foot apart crunch up and try to touch wall
- Windshield wipers
Yoga flow
Reach up (x3)
Warrior 1

Reach up
Forearm to thigh
Runners lunge
Repeat
Yogi squat
