5 Good Mornings 

Butt kickers to light pole

Side shuffle back

10 leg swings


The Thang: 

Each exercise 1 minute, no rest between exercises


  • jumping jacks
  • Squat punches
  • Chest Fly’s 
  • Glute Bridges
  • Bicycle crunches


2 minute rest


Rinse and repeat for a total of 5 rounds
