Side shuffle back
10 leg swings
The Thang:
Each exercise 1 minute, no rest between exercises
- jumping jacks
- Squat punches
- Chest Fly’s
- Glute Bridges
- Bicycle crunches
2 minute rest
Rinse and repeat for a total of 5 rounds
