Warm-up: We started with arm circles, windmills and cherry pickers to help get ready for circuits.

The Thang: Today was All Circuits Are Go! I had 6 different exercises and written down and we just rotated through them for 45 seconds of work with a 15 second rest. We completed 2 circuits of the following exercises:
  • alternating fire hydrants
  • overhead press
  • Russian twists
  • jumping jacks
  • plank
  • tricep kickbacks
We rested for 1 minute in between circuits. We flipped the exercise sheets over to complete 2 circuits of 6 different exercises. Circuits 3 and 4's exercises were:
  • glute bridges with bands
  • squats
  • LBC's
  • bicep curls
  • butt kicks
  • donkey kicks
After we completed our 4 total circuits, I turned the timer on for Cones Up, Cones Down. We spread out cones across the playground and split up into 2 teams, Team Cones Up or Team Cones Down. Team Cones Up had to sprint to the cones and squat to pick up any that were knocked over. Team Cones Down did a jumping jack to knock the cones down. We started with a 2-minute round and then counted how many were up and down. The second round was a 1 minute and 15 second round were our teams switched. I started on Team Cones Down so I had to knock them down the second round. We switched back again for the last round which lasted for 30 seconds. We cooled down with a lap around the playground. We talked with our new FNG, Caroline and did our COT, prayer and pic. Thank you for joining me today ladies!
