Warmup: 

  • Windmills
  • Cherry Pickers
  • Arm Circles
  • Standing Figure Four
Workout: 
5 Circuit Rounds, each geared differently. 1 minute per exercise, 15 second break between exercises.  

Cardio:

·         Butt Kicks

·         Seal Jack

·         Trunk Rotation (arms out and twist at core)

·         Jump rope

·         Lateral Shuffles


Arms:

·         Hammer Curls

·         Overhead Tricep Ext.

·         Bent Over Row

·         Lateral Raise

·         Tricep Push-Ups


Legs:

·         Crockpot Squats

·         Right leg side lunge

·         Right leg hip circles

·         Left leg side lunge

·         Left leg hip circles


Abs/Glutes: (for the sake of time, we switched these to 45 seconds with 15 second rest and extended the Glutes/Abs portion instead repeating the whole circuit)

·         LBC’s

·         Windshield wipers

·         Reverse crunches

·         Glute Bridges

·         Donkey kicks

·         Swimming

·         Right leg toe tap

·         Left leg toe tap

·         Penguins

·         Big Girl Sit Up’s


    Cooldown...Yoga:

·         Child’s pose

·         Downward facing dog

·         Upward dog

·         Pigeon pose (both legs)

·         Forward Lunge triangle (both legs)

·         Child’s pose

·         Cat/Cow

·         Thread the Needle

·         Forward fold

·         Butterfly
