The Thang: We brought out the weights and bands for this workout! I've done this workout before and knew it was an effective one. We started with all band exercises and then switched to all weight exercises. All exercises were for 1 minute each with 20 seconds of rest; we completed 3 sets total. The set exercises included:

  • side-to-sides with bands
  • narrow squats with bands into calf raises
  • glute bridges
  • lying leg lifts with band (right)
  • lying leg lifts with band (left)
From here we switched to weight exercises:

  • step-ups with weights
  • plank rows
  • hammer curls
  • alternating walking lunges with weights
The ladies brought it this morning! Although it was chilly, we warmed up fast! We completed our workout with prayer, COT, and our pic. Thank you ladies!
