The Thang: We brought out the weights and bands for this workout! I've done this workout before and knew it was an effective one. We started with all band exercises and then switched to all weight exercises. All exercises were for 1 minute each with 20 seconds of rest; we completed 3 sets total. The set exercises included:
- side-to-sides with bands
- narrow squats with bands into calf raises
- glute bridges
- lying leg lifts with band (right)
- lying leg lifts with band (left)
- step-ups with weights
- plank rows
- hammer curls
- alternating walking lunges with weights
