Warm up: Stretch a bit…Cones Up/ Cones Down… Start out with some fun!

 

Workout:  30 Seconds each exercise, 2x through per round (3:00 per round)

 

Round 1

A – Crunchy Frogs

B – Rainbow Toe-Taps

C – Boy Bands

BURN OUT – (run/jog to the bridge and walk back)

 

Round 2

A – Reverse Crunch (Legs up)

B – Speed Skaters

C – Cross Jacks (cross hands and feet)

BURN OUT – (run/jog to the bridge and walk back)

 

Round 3

A – Dead Bugs

B – Fire Hydrant/Donkey Kick

C – Mountain Climbers

BURN OUT – (run/jog to the bridge and walk back)

 

Round 4

A – Raggedy Anns

B – Glute Bridges

C – Heismans

 (Elbow across to knee…switch…wider stance and faster movement for Cardio)

BURN OUT – (run/jog to the bridge and walk back)

 

Cool Down:

·         Standing, breath in and stretch up…exhale down into a forward fold…spinal roll back up.

·         Downward Facing Dog

·         Lunging Hamstring Stretch RIGHT LEG (Legs straight)

·         Spider Man Stretch RIGHT LEG (bend right knee into a long forward lunge)

·         World’s Greatest Stretch RIGHT LEG (while in Spider Man Stretch, reach arm straight up, looking toward the sky…Right leg, Right arm)

·         Repeat last 3 with LEFT LEG

·         Downward Dog into Pigeon Pose

·         Table into Cat/Cows

·         Thread the Needle

·         Downward Dog into Upward Dog…roll neck

·         Child's Pose
