Q: The Force
PAX: Minnie and Rower
The Thang: We started with a warm up consisting of arm circles, arm stretches, and wide-leg stretches. We completed 3 rounds of 9 exercises. Five of the exercises used bands and weights and 5 used just weights. Each exercise was 1 minute of workout and 20 second rest with a 40 second rest in between rounds. The exercises were:
- side-to-side steps with band and weights
- narrow squats into calf raises with band and weights
- glute bridges with band and weights
- lying on side leg lifts with band (right side)
- lying on side leg lifts with band (left side)
- step ups with weights
- plank rows with weights
- hammer curls
- alternating lunges with weights
