The Thang: We started with a warm up consisting of arm circles, arm stretches, and wide-leg stretches. We completed 3 rounds of 9 exercises. Five of the exercises used bands and weights and 5 used just weights. Each exercise was 1 minute of workout and 20 second rest with a 40 second rest in between rounds. The exercises were:

  • side-to-side steps with band and weights
  • narrow squats into calf raises with band and weights
  • glute bridges with band and weights
  • lying on side leg lifts with band (right side)
  • lying on side leg lifts with band (left side)
  • step ups with weights
  • plank rows with weights
  • hammer curls
  • alternating lunges with weights
We finished with child's pose, thread-the-needle, and downdog. We prayed and took our pic. Thank you for joining me tonight, ladies!
