Q: The Force

PAX: Hurricane, Home Girl

The Thang: We warmed up with a few stretches and then went into the sets. There were 4 sets, with 4 exercises in each set. All exercises were completed for 45 seconds on with a 15 second rest. In between each set, we walked laps around the playground. Set 1:

  • bicep curls
  • shoulder press
  • push-ups
  • tricep kickbacks

Set 2:

  • jumping jacks
  • butt kickers
  • high knees
  • jump ropes

Set 3: 

  • sit-ups
  • flutter kicks
  • plank
  • Raggedy Anns

Set 4:

  • alternating lunges
  • squats
  • alternating fire hydrants
  • alternating donkey kicks
We ended with some yoga to stretch and another cool down lap around the park. Thanks for joining me today ladies!
