Warmup- arm circles and stretches then a lap around the park
6 exercises (1/2 dozen) , 12 reps (1 dozen) with 6 squats (half a dozen) in between each exercise
1. 12 Bicep curls
6 squats
2. 12 Tricep kickbacks
6 squats
3. 12 Shoulder presses
6 squats
4. 12 Door knob twist
6 squats
5. 12 Laying chest flys
6 squats
6. 12 Around the worlds
We completed 6 rounds (yep, 1/2 dozen)
Cooldown with a lap around the park and stretches
