1. Jelly Belly Blasters:
20x: Lie on back, legs flat to ground. Slowly roll into sit up and slowly roll back down.

Sleight Sweepers:
20x: Lie on back, legs together straight up in the
air. Swing legs like a pendulum from left to right (windshield wipers).
3.
Peppermint Twist:
20x: Hold weight out from chest, rotate torso from side
to side.
4.
Naughty and Nice Plank:
Hold plank of choice position for one minute (naughty);
Re-hold plank for 30 seconds (nice).
