The Thang: We started out with some small yoga stretches followed by a walking lap around the church parking lot. Then we jumped into our Super Sets. There were 3 total sets, 8 exercises in each set and we repeated each set twice. Each exercise was done for 30 seconds with no rest in between exercises (there were rests in between sets). Super Set A had:

  • squats
  • curtsy lunges
  • fire hydrants-left side
  • fire hydrants- right side
  • hip thrusts
  • push-ups 
  • side plank-left side
  • side plank-right side

Super Set B had:

  • Russian twists
  • donkey kicks-left side
  • donkey kicks-right side
  • hip dips or JLos
  • pressbacks
  • Carolina dry docks
  • Super mans
  • shoulder taps

Super Set C had all our cardio exercises:

  • butt kicks
  • boy bands
  • mountain climbers
  • plank jacks
  • jumping jacks
  • jump squats
  • no surrenders
  • child's pose
Our cool down consisted of thread-the-needle (cakravakasana parivrtti), downdog 'pedals' (ahdo mukha svanasana), into pigeon pose (eka pada rajakapotanasana), ending with child's pose again. We ended with another walking lap around the church and then prayer, COT, and our picture. Thanks for joining me this morning ladies!!!
