The Thang: 

Warm up

Kickboxing circuit: 45 seconds per station, 15 second rest

- L jab, R cross

- plank punches

- goddess crunches

- front kicks

- sumo squat into side kick

- sit up punches

- speed jabs

- jump lunges 

- alternating knees

- squats with uppercuts 

- R jab, L cross 

Laps between circuits

Finish with one final lap and yoga stretches
