The Thang: Today was all about lifting and moving with our laundry detergent bottles! We completed a total of 4 sets, 6 exercises each, 40 seconds work, 20 second rest with a 45 second rest in between sets. We completed 2 rounds of each set of exercises for a total of 4 sets. We completed all exercises with our laundry bottles except for 1 in each set. The first 2 rounds of exercises were:

  • alternating lunges
  • squat punches
  • pizza servers
  • alternating donkey kicks (no bottles)
  • shoulder press
  • hip thrusts 

The second set of 2 rounds of exercises were:

  • goblet squats
  • Russian twists
  • tricep kickbacks
  • calf raises
  • alternating fire hydrants (no bottles)
  • bridges
Once we completed all the sets, we moved on to 'Last Woman Up'. We picked the heaviest laundry detergent bottle and the first woman in line held it while we all walked quickly in a line. The last woman in line sprints to the front and receives the bottle and then calls "Last Woman Up" so the last woman in line sprints to the front, gets the laundry bottle, and so on. We repeated that 2 times around the parking lot. We completed a cool down lap with no bottles and then did our COT, announcements, prayer and picture. I had a great time with you ladies this morning.
