Musical Mats



 Monday, August 15, 2022. The Woodshed 

Q-Warrior PAX Fit Bit, Mother Hubbard, Dough Girl, Home Grown, Queen Bee, H2O, Jiminy, Captain Camo, KrissKross, Recurite for Jesus, Green Thumb, Break Out, Push It 

Warm up-good mornings, side stepping with arm circles and over head circles

Everyone put there mat in a straight horizontal line minus one about 50 yards down the parking lot.

We started with walking in a circle while carrying weights to the “Chicken Dance” song.  Music stopped and everyone sprinted to a mat.  The person that didn’t get a mat was out.

We continued this each round while removing one mat after each sprint.

The following are the exercises we did until the music stopped:

        bicep curls 

        tricep kickbacks 

         lateral raises 

        reverse fly

        cross punches 

        standing dumbbell twist

        tricep overhead extensions 

One lap around the parking lot 

Continue until there is one mat left and a winner is declared
