The Thang

8 Stations Set up with Cones/Mats/Weights

  • Marching Glute Bridges

  • Lunges with bicep curl and press

  • Hip Circles

  • Inchworms into Peter Parkers

  • Shiva Squat

  • Goddess Dips

  • Chair Pose with Toe Taps

  • Yoga Burpee

PAX begin at certain station. 

Complete 20 reps of an exercise, then jog around the circle to the next station. 

Round 2- 15 reps
