The Thang: Our warm up was 2 laps around the playground and back to the stage. Then we did a total of 14 different exercises starting with 20 reps of each, then 12, then 10, then 8. Our exercises were:
- butt kicks
- side-to-side hops
- goblet squats (with weights)
- side lunges (weights optional)
- bicep curls
- lateral raises
- upright rows
- donkey kicks
- fire hydrants
- glute flex
- bridges
- wipers
- v-extensions
- clamshells
