The Thang: Our warm up was 2 laps around the playground and back to the stage. Then we did a total of 14 different exercises starting with 20 reps of each, then 12, then 10, then 8. Our exercises were:

  • butt kicks
  • side-to-side hops
  • goblet squats (with weights)
  • side lunges (weights optional)
  • bicep curls
  • lateral raises
  • upright rows
  • donkey kicks
  • fire hydrants
  • glute flex
  • bridges
  • wipers
  • v-extensions
  • clamshells
We completed a total of 50 reps for all 14 exercises! It was 82 degrees and there was no shade, so we got sweaty! But the ladies hung in there and worked hard! Thank you ladies, you rock!
