  • Mosey around church

Olympic Circuit (35 minutes) (with music)

1 minute of each exercise

Move to next activity

2 rounds around the circuit

Lap around church after each circuit


Ring of Fire (4 min)

Everyone lies on mats, lifting into glute bridge. First PAX lifts leg and calls out 1, second PAX follows with 2 and so on. See how far we can go as a group.
