Partner sit ups passing a dumbbell - 1 min on 10 seconds rest Repeat 5 times
Partner plank hi-5’s - 30 sec on / 10 sec rest, 45sec on / 10 sec rest, 1 minute on / rest
2 minute rest
Wall sits and……
1 person holds a wall sit while the other person preforms an exercise and then they switch places.
List of exercises preformed: 20 squats
run to light pole and back
20 Raggedy Ann’s
20 sit ups
20 bicep curls
20 shoulder presses
20 mt. climbers
Walk a lap around the church
Yoga poses - child’s pose, table top, siting triangle with forward bend, laying triangle and corpse
