Warm Up: Walk Around the church.
Workout - Repeat each Circuit 8 times:

- Power Jacks - 20 Seconds
- REST - 10 Seconds
- Push-Ups - 20 Seconds
- REST - 10 Seconds
Circuit #2
- Squats of choice - 20 Seconds
- REST - 10 Seconds
- High Knees - 20 Seconds
- REST - 10 Seconds
Circuit #3
- Jump Rope - 20 Seconds
- REST - 10 Seconds
- Bicep Curls - 20 Seconds
- REST - 10 Seconds
Circuit #4
- Shoulder Press - 20 Seconds
- REST - 10 Seconds
- Bear Crawl - 20 Seconds
- REST - 10 Seconds
Walk/Run around church
Instead of "Bag of Abs" we spined the wheel on my phone for random AB exercises throughout the duration of the time.
Cool Down:
- Lay flat on back, arms straight up and feet straight down stretching like a pencil
- Hug knees to chest and fall into Relaxed Twist on each side
- Back into "Pencil Pose" (that's what I'M calling it, lol)
- Pull each leg straight back one at a time
- Figure 4 stretch
- Child's pose
- Table into Cat/Cow's
- Downward Facing Dog into Pigeon Pose
- Thread the Needle
- Back into Child's Pose
