The Thang: We started with walking a warm-up lap around the church. Then we did 5 exercises for 1 minute each with a 15 second rest. In between sets, we ran to the last light pole and back. The first set of exercises were:
- step-ups with weights
- Bulgarian split squats with weights-right side
- Bulgarian split squats with weights-left side
- squats with a band
- jumping jacks
Run to the last light pole and back. Second set:
- lying on right side and leg lift with band
- lying on left side and leg lift with band
- shoulder rotators with weights
- tricep kickbacks or extensions
- plank
Run to the last light pole and back. Third set:
- bicep curls
- back leg lift with band at the wall-right side
- back leg lift with band at the wall-left side
- bent over rows with weights
- mountain climbers
