The Breakfast Club

The Thang: We started with walking a warm-up lap around the church. Then we did 5 exercises for 1 minute each with a 15 second rest. In between sets, we ran to the last light pole and back. The first set of exercises were:

  • step-ups with weights
  • Bulgarian split squats with weights-right side
  • Bulgarian split squats with weights-left side
  • squats with a band
  • jumping jacks

Run to the last light pole and back. Second set:

  • lying on right side and leg lift with band
  • lying on left side and leg lift with band
  • shoulder rotators with weights
  • tricep kickbacks or extensions
  • plank

Run to the last light pole and back. Third set:

  • bicep curls
  • back leg lift with band at the wall-right side
  • back leg lift with band at the wall-left side
  • bent over rows with weights
  • mountain climbers
We ended with a cool down lap around the church, COT, announcements and pic. Thank you ladies! It was great to see you all!
