THE THANG: 50/50 Circuit


Warm up – Walk around the playground

 Workout – 50/50 Circuit and Yoga…Repeat each circuit 2x, no rest between exercises.

Circuit #1: 

·         50 Jumping Jacks

·         10 push ups

·         20 Squats

·         20 Bicycle Crunches

Walk around playground 


YOGA:

v  Child’s Pose

v  Downward/Upward Dog

v  Pigeon Pose (both legs)

v  Thread the Needle

v  Standing Side Stretch (both sides)

v  Back Bend

v  Forward Fold


Circuit #2: (Repeat 2x)

·         50 High Knees

·         15 Oblique V-ups (right)

·         20 Boy Band Squats

·         15 Oblique V-Ups (left)

  Walk around playground 


YOGA:

v  Seated Forward Fold

v  Butterfly Stretch

v  Seated Twist (both sides)

v  Figure Four Stretch (both sides)

v  Relaxed Twist


Circuit #3: (Repeat 2x)

·         50 Mountain Climbers

·         15 Forward Lunges

·         20 Plank Knee Crosses (elbow to knee…switching as you go)

·         15 Reverse Lunges

        Walk around playground 


YOGA:

v  Warrior I (right)

v  Side angle Pose (right)

v  Forward Fold (wide stance)

v  Warrior II (right foot)

v  Triangle Pose (right)

v  REPEAT ALL OF THEE ABOVE WITH LEFT SIDE


CLOSING: Prayer
