Warm Up:

·         10 Mat Taps (side shuffle to the right, tap mat with right hand…side shuffle to the left, tap mat with left hand.)

·         20 Seal Jacks (Just for giggles!) 

·         Arm Circles

·         3 Stand and Breathe (prayer hands inhale hands up…exhale hands down and back to prayer)

 

Workout: “King of the Castle”

·         “Indian Run” around the playground

** PAX AT THE FRONT OF THE LINE WHEN WE MAKE IT BACK AROUND WINS! **

·         Roll Warrior’s Exercise Dice…do exercise mentioned. (Great Job helping with that, Cookie Monster Jr.!)

·         “King of the Castle” Routine (mat planks and coin)

Ø  HEADS – 10 Plank Up/Downs (high plank/elbow plank/high plank/ elbow plank…)

Ø  TAILS – 5 Inchworm Planks (Standing…step down to plank with hands…back up to Standing)

Ø  ** FIRST ONE TO FINISH 5 ROUNDS/FLIPS WINS! **

·         “Indian Run” around the playground

·         Roll Warrior’s Exercise Dice

·         “King of the Castle” Routine (weights and coin)

Ø  HEADS – 10 Jello Shooters (left arm side/right arm front…switch and repeat)

Ø  TAILS – 5 Surrenders (stand…kneel all keeping hands in the air holding weights)

·         YOGA BREAK! Child’s pose, into Table, into Downward Dog, back to Table, back to Child’s Pose “Flow” (Breath in, transition…breath out, transition, etc.)

·         “King of the Castle” Routine (mat on backs and coin)

Ø  10 Narwhals (pump hips with leg lifted…. rotate legs each toss)

Ø  5 Windshield legs together in air…bring down to the left…then center…then right…back to center (1) …repeat)

·         “Indian Run” around the playground

·         Roll Warrior’s Exercise Dice

·         “King of the Castle” Routine (U-PICK!)

Ø  Dough Girl picked Lunges and Raggedy Ann’s!

Ø  10 Lunges (your choice)

Ø  5 Raggedy Anne’s (one each side…In Dough girl count, that would be 10 total. 

Cool Down:

·         Standing breath in, arms up for a deep stretch, exhale fold over and hang, feeling the pull and stretch of your back. Repeat.

·         Legs spread apart, Stretch to either side…then to the middle.

·         Sitting on your bottom, knee’s up, Twist your right elbow to your left knee, pushing back for the twist.  Repeat other side.

·         Laying down…Figure Four

·         Hug knees to your chest then move into “relaxed twist”…allow your knees to fall on one side while your head falls to the other, hands palms up spread out.  Repeat sides.
