Cool Down:
·
Standing breath in, arms up for a deep stretch,
exhale fold over and hang, feeling the pull and stretch of your back. Repeat.
·
Legs spread apart, Stretch to either side…then
to the middle.
·
Sitting on your bottom, knee’s up, Twist your
right elbow to your left knee, pushing back for the twist. Repeat other side.
·
Laying down…Figure Four
·
Hug knees to your chest then move into “relaxed twist”…allow
your knees to fall on one side while your head falls to the other, hands palms
up spread out. Repeat sides.
