The Thang:
Warm-Up (5 minutes)

10 Leg Swings
10 Side Lunges
10 Overhead Claps
Mosey to 2nd light pole
7 of Diamonds
Set up 4 spots, a different exercise at each spot. PAX will complete 7 rounds in multiples of 7.
Corner 1- Squat Jumps
Corner 2- Raggedy Anns/Reach Downs
Corner 3- Merkins (Push Ups)
Corner 4- Freddie Mercury's (Bicycle Crunches)
When you get back to your starting position, hold a plank until all PAX are done. Laps in between rounds.
Round 1- 7
Round 2- 14
Round 3- 21
Round 4- 28
Round 5- 21
Round 6- 14
Round 7- 7
